Downloader v2.17 Fallback + Collection Logs

Paste Bursa stock codes or announcement-page URLs in bulk. v2.17 also checks Bursa's generic announcement route when the filtered Annual Report page is empty or incomplete, and keeps cumulative MASTER logs separate by collection/group.
